| You are the future of the sport. By taking the initiative to ride responsibly, you’ll help create a positive public opinion. If everyone follows your example, nothing will inhibit the total enjoyment of your machine. Always check local, state and provincial boating regulations and obey them. Never operate your Watercraft when using drugs or alcohol. Always have the required equipment – personal flotation devices, orifice and eye protection and a fire extinguisher. Some states have additional requirements, so check with local boating officials. Maintain a safe distance from shore, swimmers, skiers and other boaters. Always be on the alert, drive defensively and respect the rights of others to enjoy the water. Seek and learn all boating rules and regulations. Check local, state and provincial boating regulations for proper watercraft operating hours. Don’t make a sudden maneuver unless you are sure of your 360 degree surroundings. Other boats are far less maneuverable than your Watercraft, and may not be able to avoid you if you make a quick turn. Never cross a wake within 150 feet of the boat that is creating it. Even then, be careful, since the wake may be shielding a watercraft on the other side. Never ride without the lanyard attached to your wrist or PFD. GSMOON recommends all riders be 16 years or older. Riders should participate in a boating safety course. | | | GSMOON reserves the right to change specifications at any time without incurring obligation. | | | *Check owner's manual for loading requirement and restrictions. |
